Since 1999 we have been manufacturing industrial plants, from construction to their assembly, developing more and more in line with the requests expressed by the market. It carries out design work, special constructions and also, with particular accuracy, carries out assembly and welding operations on pipes, carpentry and mechanical parts in stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel and aluminum, following the conformity of the drawings and the conditions required by the client. . Her various experiences have led her to work for companies specialized in the plant engineering field, acquiring professionalism in the prefabrication and assembly of gas, food, petrochemical, water, steam and industrial systems in general.
Standards and criteria of good technique are applied for the construction, assembly and maintenance of the systems in order to ensure their execution in a workmanlike manner. The works are carried out with its own equipment and means of transport, suitable for the development, handling and installation of the systems themselves.
Costruzioni Speciali Solmaz, has areas equipped for the unloading, handling and storage of raw materials. The cutting area allows you to cut rods up to 12 m as well as pipes of large diameter and thickness.
The construction phases are carried out on the basis of technical construction drawings using qualified personnel with the aid of equipment for drilling, grinding, assembly, welding and straightening. In particular, SOLMAZ has 400/500 A multifunction inverter welding machines and a submerged arc manipulator system for welding large thicknesses and useful dimensions 3000x3000 mm.
The sealed systems are tested in compliance with the applied regulations. The assembly takes place at the SOLMAZ workshops or, if required, at the construction site.
